This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the User) and Ideate, Inc. (the Company). This EULA governs your acquisition and use of our ScreeShoT Software from any source.
For the purposes of this EULA:
Please read this EULA carefully before completing the installation process and using the Software. It provides a license to use the Software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.
By installing and/or using the Software, you are confirming your acceptance of the terms of this EULA.
If you are entering into this EULA on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
This EULA applies to the Software. The terms also apply to any updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support or other services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.
Company hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the Software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA. This license is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license your rights under this EULA to any third party.
You are permitted to load the Software on any supported device (for example, on a laptop or desktop) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Software. You are also responsible for any misuse of the Software that breaches the licenses or agreements of other sites and services.

The Company expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software. Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Software remains with you.
The Company does not commit to providing support or maintenance for the Software. The Company may provide support and maintenance services at its discretion. Any such services will be provided in accordance with the Company's policies.
The Company does not commit to providing any upgrades and updates to the Software to ensure that it will support future changes to the underlying platform (including but not limited to browser, OS, or device). Any updates or upgrades if provided to you will be subject to the terms of this EULA.
User agrees to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. User is responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software does not violate any agreements or licenses with third parties.
The Company shall, at all times, retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are, and shall remain the property of the Company. The Company reserves the right to grant licenses to use the Software to third parties.
This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until its use is terminated via uninstall.
It will also terminate immediately if the User fails to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access or use of or inability to access or use the Software, whether or not the damages were foreseeable.
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Software and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
This EULA, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
